1. Who we are

RX Nation is operated by GO-IT WORK INFORMÁTICA LTDA, CNPJ 32.489.037/0001-11, based in Brazil. This policy covers the website, the athlete app (RX Nation) and the box app (RX Nation Box).

2. Data we collect

• Name, email and login data (including Apple Sign In and Google when you choose them)
• Profile photo, when you upload one
• Training data: check-ins, results, WODs and progress
• Information about the gym/box you belong to
• App usage data, to improve the product and keep it secure
• Payment data processed by providers (we do not store full card numbers)

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the service (training, check-in, rankings, box operations), personalize the experience, send notifications with your consent, improve the product and meet legal obligations (including Brazil’s LGPD).

4. Sharing

Your data is shared with your box (coaches and managers) to run classes and check-ins. We do not sell your data. Hosting, email and payment providers may process data under confidentiality agreements.

5. Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Traffic uses HTTPS. Internal access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your data in the app. You can request a copy or account deletion in the app or by emailing contato@rxnation.com.br. See also the public Delete account page.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. Outside Brazil, analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
